Refer a child

Out of respect for the privacy of the children and families we serve, children who may be eligible to receive any services from us must be referred by one of these sources:
     •  A food bank director
     •  A Social Worker
     •  A school Principal
     •  A daycare Director or Manager

If you are not eligible to refer a child, please ask one of the above to contact us on behalf of the child and his/her family.

Criteria to refer a Child:
     •   The child must between the ages of 4-16.
     •   The child must live with a parent or guardian in Montreal, Canada.
     •   The child's household income must be below the poverty line determined by MMA's Ray of Light Charity.
